Sheridan VM-68

Pro's

1)Reliable

2)Relatively Inexpensive

3)Can be modified/improved in many ways

4)Not too much maintenance work needed

5)Basically indestructible

6)Has a very good feel about it (hard to explain )

Con's

1)Heavy

2)Not so accurate with stock barrel

3)Hard recoil

4)Not so great gas efficiency

5)Difficult to field strip

6)Hard to adjust velocity

7)You must do a little leg work to find parts now a days

Almost all Con's can be fixed

1)Modified body (Pro comp,VMX and Home made Mod's)

2)New barrel (Smart Parts is my suggestion)

3)Pro Comp ,Pro Comp 3,Lighter Hammer Pro Shot Spring kit to name a few

4)Expantion Chamber , Regulator ,Remote

5)Field Strip screw ,Pull pin mod's (Don't know if this ever came in a kit)

6)Pro Comp 3, Pro Shot Spring kit

7)This is the only thing that can't be fixed You must do a little leg work to find parts  now a days
