The hammer

The most important thing here is the small spring and ball bearing the spring goes in the hole and then put the ball bearing on top of it.

Slide the collar onto the hammer make sure the ball bearing does not fall out.

Next put the washer and screw in the bumper

then put the spacer on the screw

then just screw it bumper into the hammer
